Cancellation
To cancel an order, we need at
least a 24 hour notice. For example, if an order is for Wednesday,
we must get a call no later than 4:00 pm Monday. We are happy to
reschedule at any time before the 24 hour notice. If you do not
provide us with a 24 hour advance notice, we cannot cancel your
order and give you a refund. Our sod can not simply go back on the
shelf. Unfortunately, once we harvest the grass, we need to deliver
it.
Returns/Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or
refunds once sod has been received unless the sod is determined to
be in poor condition. Belle Sod must be notified within two days of
purchase about the deficiency. If the sod is determined poor,
replacement sod will be provided.
All sod is guaranteed for three months as long as there is
proper ground preparation, a sprinkler system, and proper
maintenance. If you notice a problem, let us know immediately. We
will send someone to the location to determine whether the problems
are a result of the sod itself and it is not other factors.
